Mandatory Skills (Senior Automation Test Engineer)

• 5-10 Years
• Strong Knowledge of Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience of working “AGILE + DevOps” process management methodology.
• Should have knowledge about various test methods & corresponding tools like MS Test, NUnit, TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, etc.
• Should have exposure to Behaviour Driven Development.
• Writing an Automation script using VBScript/Java is a must.
• Should have good knowledge on all stages of Software testing.
• Should have good knowledge on STLC and all models of software testing.
• Should have hands-on experience on Test cases writing and executing.
• Ability to interpret systems flows.

• 5-8 Years
• Excellent analytical and logical skills.
• Expertise in the load test tool JMeter.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming such as Java, C++, C#.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Thread dump, Heap dump & GC Analysis).
• Good understanding of web-based applications, database & browser concepts (HTTP, connections, cookies, caching, etc.).
• Good communication skills. Should be able to communicate well within and outside the organization.
• Ability to be flexible, perform against tight deadlines, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, ability to learn quickly, and must be a self- starter.
