- Good team player with positive attitude
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Proactive and inherent nature of working with ownership
Good to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Experience of data testing and ability to write complex SQL queries will be a big plus
- Automation experience will be a plus
- Knowledge of version control (GIT) and software delivery is a plus
- Willingness to get out of comfort zone by learning new things
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand requirement spec & acceptance criteria
- Actively participating in client calls for requirement grooming and designing
- Participate in test-case brainstorming sessions for major features
- Develop & review test cases & test steps
- Participate in meetings for discussing test strategies for QA process improvement
- Timely execution of test cases
- Mentor junior team members
- Identify and record bugs
